face it, the best athletes are the fastest
athletes.
The
athlete with the most speed is always going
to be more successful.
The
fact that you’re reading this right now
tells me that you know this is true and that
you are not as fast as you want to be.

But
how do you get faster?
Maybe
you were told that you can’t ‘teach’ speed.
That
you’re either born with it or you’re not,
right?
Wrong!
Arguably the
biggest myth in all of sports is that you
can’t coach speed, train yourself to run faster
or make serious improvements to your agility and change
of direction quickness.
Somewhere
along the way someone lied to you and told you something
that simply isn’t true. In fact, more and more
people are quickly finding out that quite the opposite
is true.
You
can’t afford to keep using the same old
excuse that the only thing preventing you from
reaching your athletic goals is that you just ‘aren’t
